X-Ray Inspection
Quantronic X-ray system provides the highest level of quality inspection for process, board analysis in addition to X-ray inspection of BGA and leadless components. Our x-ray inspection images are in digital format, available upon request.
Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)
We perform 100% AOI inspection on all boards. Our AOI stations offer superior fault coverage and are able to inspect all components optically for placement (absence and presence), value, orientation, type, color differences, soldering, short circuits and joints.
Ionic Cleanliness Testing
The performance and reliability of a PCB is negatively affected by the presence of conductive materials such as residues from the manufacturing process, flux, or machine maintenance oils. Quantronic offers contamination testing to provide outstanding sensitivity and operation efficiency with ease and accuracy.
